Problems

 

POSSIBLE CAUSES REMEDY
One of the phases is missing. Electrician! Check the fuses in the central electrical installation.
The wrong order of phases. The rotating field rotates clockwise. Electrician! Check phase order / rotary field.
The oil temperature is high. Allow the oil to cool.
The sensor incorrectly indicates the oil temperature. (Option) Electrician! Replace the faulty sensor.
Engine temperature too high. The automatic motor protection switch is pulled. Allow the engine to cool down.

ERROR INSTRUCTIONS

If any emergency button is pressed or the doors are open, the machine will automatically stop and display this error instruction in the PLC.

In this case, the error window should be closed and the cause of the error should be checked and the machine restarted.

FAILURE
After pressing the START button, the engine does not run
Cause Solution
The power cord plug is not connected or is defective Insert the card or replace it with a new one
The line switch is not in the “ON” position Switch the line switch to the “ON” position
There is no voltage Check the power supply
Engine overload protection is activated Eliminating the cause of the fault cancels the activation of the motor protection
The connector contacts are interrupted Replace the connector
Not enough oil in the tank Add more oil
The oil temperature is too high Wait for the oil to cool

DEFECȚIUNE
The engine is running, but the ram stays in position
Cause Solution
The rotation direction of the motor is incorrect Reverse the direction of rotation
Not enough oil in the tank Add more oil
Leakage, leakage in the hydraulic system Tighten all threaded and hydraulic connections
The hoses are incorrectly connected Clarify the situation and correct the connections
The pump is defective Replace the pump
The hoses are incorrectly connected Connect hoses properly

 

 

FAILURE
The Aries moves forward, then stops
Cause Solution
The discharge valve opens too quickly Adjust the discharge valve to the set value
Leaks inside a cylinder Check with the pressure gauge. Replace the cylinder.

FAULTS

Incorrect motor rotation direction Change the direction of rotation in the opposite direction.
Insufficient amount of oil in the tank Add oil.
Leaks, leakage into the hydraulic system Tighten the hydraulic screws and connections.
Wrong wire connections Clarify the situation and make the correct connection.
Defective pump Change the pump.
Connections modified by wires Connect the wires correctly.

 

 

FAULTS
The piston comes out and stops
Cause Solution
The safety valve opens too quickly Adjust the safety valve according to the set values.
Leaks in drive mechanism Check with the pressure gauge. Change the actuator.
