Essentially these are very simple equipment. A feed mouth and a hydraulic pressing system ensure the compaction of household materials or waste in a closed container. Once filled it is transported for emptying
They are efficient and use small engines between 4 and 7.5 kW. Depending on the desired productivity.
It is divided into two categories: Pre-containers for household waste and pre-containers for recyclable waste.
Those for recyclable waste have a capacity between 16 and 30 m3. And their efficiency is given by the feeding mouth which can be from 1000 x 1000 mm to 3000 x 2000 mm. Of course, the larger the usable volume, the heavier the compacted volume.
In the case of equipment for household waste, the mouth of the feed is self-cleaning and the drainage door is hermetically closed to prevent leakage.
Both categories support optional systems such as bin lifting system, ramp feed, funnel, automatic start, two pressing chambers, etc.
